ASP-DEv XM Requirements

ASP-DEv XM forums require that your web space has support for ASP3.0 (it may work with ASP2.0 but has not been tested).
 
If your currant host does not meet these requirement, talk to us talk to us about our Forum Hosting services.
 

Server Requirements

All servers require that you are running Microsoft's Internet Information Services (IIS) with ASP enabled.  The Microsoft XML Parser 3 is also requires on all of the above platforms. The forum may work on Windows 98, NT4 Server with PWS but this has not been tested. This application will NOT run on Unix/Linux web servers.

For the file attachment functionality to work, the files folder must have write access for the IUSR_ account.

SQL Server Database Requirements

This version of the forum requires SQL Server 2000 to operate, again there should be no reason why SQL Server 7 shouldn't work but this has not yet been tested.
